The root from Caraway can be used for fever, flu, and headache. An oil concoction made from using the seed extract of Caraway has muscle relaxant properties. There are several spices that can help with reduced estrogen levels and Caraway is among those spices. Caraway seed oil has also been documented as having skin tumor suppressant qualities. Some researchers have found some evidence that Caraway seeds contain active molecules which serve in preventing breast cancer, so make sure to include some Rye bread in your diet, the crust is riddled with these gems!
